Before determining if you're a suitable candidate for this study, a study physician will
review your medical history and perform some additional health assessments. You
could be eligible to participate in the VTX958 Study if you meet the following criteria:

18 to 75 years of age or older

Capable of giving signed informed consent

Documented diagnosis of CD ≥ 3 months prior to Day 1. The diagnosis of CD must be confirmed by clinical, endoscopic, and histologic evidence.

Moderately to severely active CD
